The Arkadelphia Badgers softball team (Arkadelphia, AR), was routed 9-6 in Friday's league test with the visiting Hope Bobcats (Hope, AR)

Coming up next, the Bobcats encounter the Malvern Leopards (Malvern, AR) in a 4A Region 7 test, on Tuesday, April 2. Hope will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Leopards enter the test with a 7-3 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Sheridan (Sheridan, AR).

The Badgers (2-7) will now prepare for their test against Fountain Lake (Hot Springs National Park, AR). The Cobras enter the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Fountain Lake was routed by Mena (Mena, AR), 12-1, in a league test.
