San Manuel Miners (San Manuel, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Duncan Wildkats (Duncan, AZ), 19-0 in a league challenge.

The Miners now sport a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Desert Christian for a 1A South challenge on Thursday, April 4.

With the loss, Duncan falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Wildkats travel to Fort Thomas (Fort Thomas, AZ) to face the Apaches in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 3. The Apaches enter the challenge with a record of 1-7. Fort Thomas lost 19-9 in their recent league challenge against Hayden (Winkelman, AZ)
