Selah Vikings (Selah, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Ellensburg Bulldogs (Ellensburg, WA), 15-8 in a league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Ephrata for a 2A CWAC challenge on Tuesday, April 9.

With the loss, Ellensburg falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Othello (Othello, WA) to face the Huskies in a 2A CWAC challenge on Friday, April 5. The Huskies enter the challenge with a record of 3-1.
