The Gallatin County Wildcats softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Ludlow Panthers to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Gallatin County improves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Eminence (Eminence, KY) to clash with the Warriors in a District 31 game on Monday, April 8. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 0-6. Eminence lost 18-3 in their recent league game against Owen County (Owenton, KY)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Newport Wildcats (Newport, KY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 30. Ludlow will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record.
