The Burlington Wildcats baseball squad (Burlington, KS), was overwhelmed 6-2 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Rock Creek Mustangs (St. George, KS)
With the triumph, Rock Creek moves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Abilene (Abilene, KS) to confront the Cowboys in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 8. The Cowboys come into the contest with a record of 0-2.
The Wildcats now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Iola for a Pioneer contest on Tuesday, April 1. Burlington will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Chanute (Chanute, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
