The West Union Eagles baseball squad (Myrtle, MS), 4-1 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting North Pontotoc Vikings (Ecru, MS)

With the triumph, North Pontotoc moves its record to 9-9 on the season. The Vikings travel to Mooreville (Mooreville, MS) to confront the Troopers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 1. The Troopers come into the contest with a record of 13-5.

The Eagles now possess a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smithville for a 1A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, April 1. West Union will confront a Seminoles squad coming off a 6-2 league win over Houlka (Houlka, MS). The Seminoles record now stands at 2-15.
