The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK) and the host Oklahoma Union Cougars (South Coffeyville, OK), saw Sequoyah's baseball team get by Oklahoma Union by a tally of 6-5.

The Eagles (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against Metro Christian (Tulsa, OK). The Patriots enter the non-league battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Metro Christian was tipped by Berryhill (Tulsa, OK), 7-3, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Cougars face the Copan Hornets (Copan, OK) in a non-league battle, on Monday, March 31. Oklahoma Union will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 8-5 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to Sequoyah (Claremore, OK).
