The Tyler Knights baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Valley Lumberjacks to 2 in the Knights non-league win on Saturday.

The Knights now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host St. Marys for a Little Kanawha test on Tuesday, April 1. Tyler will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 6-1 league loss to Gilmer County (Glenville, WV). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Valley drops to 0-4 on the year. The Lumberjacks host Cameron (Cameron, WV) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league test on Monday, March 31. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 3-3. Cameron won 13-6 in their recent non-league test against Tucker County (Hambleton, WV)
