California High School Volleyball - Castro Valley over Miramonte

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Castro Valley Trojans volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Miramonte Matadors.

The Trojans (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Dragons enter the non-league challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Bishop O'Dowd was beaten by Castro Valley (Castro Valley, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Matadors meet the Archie Williams Peregrine Falcons (San Anselmo, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 29. Miramonte will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record. The Peregrine Falcons enter the challenge with a 6-13 record after their 3-1 league loss to Novato (Novato, CA).
