California High School Volleyball - Mater Dei Loyola

The Loyola Cubs prevailed the visiting Mater Dei Monarchs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Cubs confront the Notre Dame (SO) Knights (Sherman Oaks, CA) in a Mission game, on Tuesday, April 1. Loyola will attempt to advance on its 21-4 season record.

The Monarchs (17-10) will now prepare for their game against St. John Bosco (Bellflower, CA). The Braves enter the Trinity game with a 15-2 record. In their last game, St. John Bosco gained a win over Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
