In Saturday's non-league bout, the Highlands Bluebirds (Fort Thomas, KY) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Conner Cougars (Hebron, KY), by a tally of 11-1.

Next up, the Bluebirds encounter the St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 31. Highlands will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Crusaders enter the bout with a 1-2 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to Simon Kenton (Independence, KY).

The Cougars (0-5) will now prepare for their bout against Cooper (Union, KY). The Jaguars enter the non-league bout with a 5-2 record. In their last bout, Cooper was overwhelmed by Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY), 6-4, in a non-league bout.
