New Milford Knights (New Milford, NJ) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Boonton Bombers (Boonton, NJ), 13-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, New Milford improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Knights travel to Butler (Butler, NJ) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 2. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 0-0.

The Bombers now hold a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hopatcong for a non-league game on Monday, March 31.
