The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Littlefield Wildcats (Littlefield, TX) and the visiting Dimmitt Bobcats (Dimmitt, TX), observed Littlefield's softball team notch a victory over Dimmitt by a final score of 15-0.

The Wildcats (16-5) will now prepare for their bout against Shallowater (Shallowater, TX). The Mustangs go into the 3A Region I District 2 bout with a 12-5 record. In their last bout, Shallowater was routed by Muleshoe (Muleshoe, TX), 2-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Slaton Tigers (Slaton, TX) in a 3A Region I District 2 bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Dimmitt will attempt to better on its 6-14 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 12-9 record after their 13-9 league loss to Littlefield (Littlefield, TX).
