The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX), observed El Dorado's softball team prevail over Hanks by a tally of 16-8.

The Aztecs (16-5) will now prepare for their bout against Del Valle (El Paso, TX). The Conquistadores go into the 5A Region I District 2 bout with a 16-9 record. In their last bout, Del Valle knocked off Hanks (El Paso, TX), 23-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 2 bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Hanks will attempt to advance on its 13-9 season record. The Trail Blazers go into the bout with a 14-13 record after their 12-0 league win over Parkland (El Paso, TX).
