The Granger Spartans overwhelmed the host White Swan Cougars softball squad by a count of 29-14 in Saturday's league challenge.
Next, the Spartans meet the Kittitas Coyotes (Kittitas, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 12. Granger will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record.
The Cougars (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Morton/White Pass (Morton, WA). The Timberwolves go into the non-league challenge with a 5-0 record. In their last challenge, Morton/White Pass toppled Chief Leschi (Puyallup, WA), 25-14, in a non-league challenge.
