Texas High School Softball - Idalou bested by Muleshoe

The Muleshoe Mules triumphed over the visiting Idalou Wildcats softball squad by a count of 17-1 in Saturday's league challenge.

Next, the Mules play the Roosevelt Eagles (Lubbock, TX) in a 3A Region I District 2 challenge, on Saturday, April 5. Muleshoe will attempt to upgrade on its 17-6 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 14-11 league loss to Shallowater (Shallowater, TX).

The Wildcats (1-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Littlefield (Littlefield, TX). The Wildcats enter the 3A Region I District 2 challenge with a 16-6 record. In their last challenge, Littlefield was routed by Shallowater (Shallowater, TX), 17-0, in a league challenge.
