The St. Bernard's Crusaders overwhelmed the host Middletown Mustangs softball squad by a count of 13-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders meet the Ferndale Wildcats (Ferndale, CA) in a Little 7 challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. St. Bernard's will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to Arcata (Arcata, CA).

The Mustangs (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Kelseyville (Kelseyville, CA). The Knights go into the North Central I challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Kelseyville was routed by Healdsburg (Healdsburg, CA), 10-2, in a non-league challenge.
