The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Moorefield Yellow Jackets (Moorefield, WV) and the host Philip Barbour Colts (Philippi, WV), observed Moorefield's softball team prevail over Philip Barbour by a tally of 10-0.

The Yellow Jackets (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Pendleton County (Franklin, WV). The Wildcat go into the non-league bout with a 7-1 record. In their last bout, Pendleton County knocked off Pocahontas County (Dunmore, WV), 16-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Colts clash with the Grafton Bearcats (Grafton, WV) in a Big Ten bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Philip Barbour will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Bearcats go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 10-1 non-league win over Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV).
