California High School Softball - North bounces Santa Maria

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the North Stars (Bakersfield, CA) and the host Santa Maria Saints (Santa Maria, CA), observed North's softball team prevail over Santa Maria by a tally of 16-0.

The Stars (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against Arvin (Arvin, CA). The Bears go into the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Arvin was routed by South (Bakersfield, CA), 6-5, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Saints clash with the Morro Bay Pirates (Morro Bay, CA) in a CCAA - Ocean bout, on Tuesday, April 1. Santa Maria will attempt to advance on its 2-7 season record.
