Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC) and the visiting Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers (Yanceyville, NC), saw Cedar Ridge's baseball squad edge Bartlett Yancey by a count of 2-1.

Coming up next, the Fighting Red Wolves play the Williams Bulldogs (Burlington, NC) in a Central 3A battle, on Tuesday, March 8. Cedar Ridge will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record.
