The Millington Cardinals basketball team scored 54 points and held the host St. Louis Sharks to 41 in the Cardinals league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sandusky for a non-league contest on Monday, March 7. Millington will battle a Redskins team coming off a 51-30 non-league loss to Cass City (Cass City, MI). The Redskins record now stands at 7-12.
The Sharks (3-17) will now prepare for their contest against St. Charles (St. Charles, MI). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, St. Charles was defeated by Sacred Heart Academy (Mt. Pleasant, MI), 33-32, in a league contest.
