In Thursday's league battle, the visiting Kennedy Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Richmond Oilers.

The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Vallejo (Vallejo, CA). The Red Hawks come into the Tri-County battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Vallejo achieved victory over Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Oilers encounter the Pinole Valley Spartans (Pinole, CA) in a Tri-County battle, on Tuesday, March 8. Richmond will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Spartans come into the battle with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Bethel (Vallejo, CA).
