The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Tampa Catholic Crusaders (Tampa, FL) and the visiting Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL), saw Tampa Catholic's lacrosse team achieve victory over Freedom by a margin of 14-8.

The Crusaders (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mitchell (New Port Richey, FL). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Mitchell edged Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL), 13-2, in a non-league challenge.

The Patriots (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Coyotes enter the non-league challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Cypress Creek was overwhelmed by Academy of the Holy Names (Tampa, FL), 14-4, in a non-league challenge.
