The Piedra Vista Panthers baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Miyamura Patriots to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM). The Storm go into the non-league match with a 0-0 record. In their last match, Cleveland La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM), 4-4, in a non-league match.
The Patriots (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Huskies go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Hope Christian was overwhelmed by Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM), 15-8, in a non-league match.
