California High School Softball - Faith Lutheran holds off Twentynine Palms

March 3, 2022: Twentynine Palms, CA 92277

Faith Lutheran Crusaders (Las Vegas, NV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Twentynine Palms Wildcats (Twentynine Palms, CA), 7-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Crusaders now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Silverado for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 4. Faith Lutheran will battle a Skyhawks squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ). The Skyhawks record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Twentynine Palms falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ) to battle the Roadrunners in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 4. The Roadrunners enter the challenge with a record of 3-4. Holbrook lost 9-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Silverado (Las Vegas, NV)
