Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Flathead Braves/Bravettes (Kalispell, MT) and the visiting Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT), saw Flathead's basketball squad hold off Sentinel by a count of 45-42.

With the victory, Flathead upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign.

Next up, the Spartans play the Big Sky Eagles (Missoula, MT) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 4. Sentinel will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 11-9 record after their 46-37 non-league loss to Hellgate (Missoula, MT).
