In Friday's non-league outing, the Negaunee Miners (Negaunee, MI) basketball squad nipped the host Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI), by a margin of 47-44.
The Miners (21-4) will now prepare for their outing against West Iron County (Iron River, MI). The Wykons go into the non-league outing with a 12-10 record. In their last outing, West Iron County got by Gladstone (Gladstone, MI), 54-43, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now own a 20-2 record.
