Lee County Trojans (Leesburg, GA) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Northside Eagles (Warner Robins, GA), 7-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA) in a 6A Region 1 challenge, on Tuesday, March 7. Lee County will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Warhawks enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 2-2 league Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA).

The Eagles now have a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Houston County for a 6A Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, March 7. Northside will confront a Bears team coming off a 7-0 league win over Tift County (Tifton, GA). The Bears record now stands at 3-4.
