The Corsicana Tigers held off the host Terrell Tigers soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Friday's league match.
The Tigers now sport a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Crandall for a 5A Region 2 District 14 match on Tuesday, March 7. Corsicana will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Ennis (Ennis, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 5-11.
With the loss, Terrell drops to 5-6 on the season. The Tigers travel to Forney (Forney, TX) to encounter the Jackrabbits in a 5A Region 2 District 14 match on Tuesday, March 7. The Jackrabbits come into the match with a record of 16-6.
