The Plano East Panthers held off the visiting Plano West Wolves soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Friday's league match.
The Panthers now sport a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Lewisville for a 6A Region 1 District 6 match on Monday, March 6. Plano East will encounter a Farmers squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Farmers record now stands at 2-19.
With the loss, Plano West drops to 8-8 on the season. The Wolves host Hebron (Carrollton, TX) to play the Hawks in a 6A Region 1 District 6 game on Monday, March 6. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 16-3. Hebron won 2-1 in their recent league game against Coppell (Coppell, TX)
