Dillon Wildcats (Dillon, SC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Darlington Falcons (Darlington, SC), 6-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats face the Loris Lions (Loris, SC) in a AAA Region 7 challenge, on Tuesday, March 7. Dillon will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Lakewood (Sumter, SC).
The Falcons now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hartsville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 7. Darlington will face a Red Foxes team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Red Foxes record now stands at 0-6.
