The Highland Home Flying Squadron (Highland Home, AL) softball the host Carroll Eagles (Ozark, AL), 5-3 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Flying Squadron (2-6) will now prepare for their bout against Red Level (Red Level, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Red Level held off Excel (Excel, AL), 8-1, in a non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Eufaula for a 5A Area 3 bout on Monday, March 6.
