California High School Softball - Chaparral knocked off by Murrieta Valley

In Friday's league contest, the Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA) softball team overwhelmed the host Chaparral Pumas (Temecula, CA), by a margin of 11-1.

With the triumph, Murrieta Valley moves its record to 3-5 on the year. The Nighthawks host Summit (Fontana, CA) to play the SkyHawks in a non-league contest on Monday, March 6. The SkyHawks come into the contest with a record of 6-4. Summit lost 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
