Dobie Longhorns (Houston, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Pasadena Eagles (Pasadena, TX), 24-7 in a league challenge.

The Longhorns now own a 11-7 record. They take the field next when they host Pasadena Memorial for a 6A Region III District 22 challenge on Tuesday, March 7. Dobie will face a Mavericks squad coming off a 18-2 league win over South Houston (South Houston, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 1-8.

With the loss, Pasadena falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to South Houston (South Houston, TX) to face the Trojans in a 6A Region III District 22 challenge on Friday, March 31. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 3-9.
