MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Eisenhower Eagles (Houston, TX), 18-2 in a league challenge.

The Generals now own a 6-9 record. They take the field next when they host Spring for a 6A Region II District 14 challenge on Tuesday, March 7. MacArthur will battle a Lions squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Aldine (Houston, TX). The Lions record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Eisenhower falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Eagles host Westfield (Houston, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge on Tuesday, March 7. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 0-7. Westfield lost 22-7 in their recent league challenge against Nimitz (Houston, TX)
