The Baptist Prep Eagles (Little Rock, AR) baseball trounced the host Hot Springs Trojans (Hot Springs, AR), 18-4 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Des Arc for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4. Baptist Prep will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Quitman (Quitman, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Hot Springs drops to 0-2 on the year. The Trojans travel to Sheridan (Sheridan, AR) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 5A South challenge on Tuesday, March 4. The Yellowjackets go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
