In Monday's non-league test, the Delhi Charter Gators (Delhi, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Bastrop Rams (Bastrop, LA), by a tally of 14-3.
Next, the Gators clash with the Delhi Bears (Delhi, LA) in a 1A District 4 test, on Thursday, March 6. Delhi Charter will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record.
The Rams (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Ouachita Parish prevailed over Ouachita Christian (Monroe, LA), 13-1, in a non-league test.
