Mississippi High School Softball - Lewisburg bounces Horn Lake

In Monday's league match, the visiting Lewisburg Patriots softball team scored a nice 20-1 win over the Horn Lake Eagles.
The Patriots (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Mantachie (Mantachie, MS). The Mustangs come into the non-league match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Mantachie was routed by Saltillo (Saltillo, MS), 9-8, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Oxford Chargers (Oxford, MS) in a 7A Region 1 match, on Thursday, March 6. Horn Lake will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record. The Chargers come into the match with a 4-4 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS).
