The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Prosper Eagles (Prosper, TX) and the visiting Rock Hill Blue Hawks (Frisco, TX), observed Prosper's softball team get by Rock Hill by a tally of 9-5.

The Eagles (8-1) will now prepare for their bout against Plano (Plano, TX). The Wildcats go into the 6A Region I District 6 bout with a 4-9 record. In their last bout, Plano was routed by Plano West (Plano, TX), 17-16, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Hawks clash with the McKinney Boyd Broncos (McKinney, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 bout, on Saturday, March 8. Rock Hill will attempt to advance on its 4-7 season record. The Broncos go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 17-6 league win over Plano East (Plano, TX).
