The Fultondale Wildcats held off the host Jasper Vikings soccer squad by a margin of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now hold a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Holt for a 4A Area 4 bout on Friday, March 6. Fultondale will play a Ironmen squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to Tarrant (Birmingham, AL). The Ironmen record now stands at 5-10.
With the loss, Jasper moves to 4-4 on the year. The Vikings travel to Mortimer Jordan (Kimberly, AL) to play the Blue Devils in a 6A Area 13 bout on Thursday, March 5.
