The Selma Saints baseball team (Selma, AL), was overwhelmed 11-4 in Wednesday's league outing with the visiting Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL)
The Falcons now hold a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hale County for a non-league outing on Monday, April 4. Central will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 13-12 non-league loss to Thorsby (Thorsby, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-3.
Next, the Saints confront the Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL) in a 5A Area 7 outing, on Thursday, March 31. Selma will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Bears go into the outing with a 4-12 record after their 7-2 non-league loss to Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL).
