The McKinley Tech Trainers baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Ron Brown Monarchs to 1 in the Trainers league victory on Wednesday.
The Trainers (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Coolidge (Washington, DC). The Colts go into the DCIAA match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Coolidge was overwhelmed by Wilson (Washington, DC), 19-0, in a league match.
The Monarchs (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Dunbar (Washington, DC). The Crimson Tide go into the DCIAA match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Dunbar edged Eastern (Washington, DC), 12-5, in a league match.
