The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA) and the visiting Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA), saw Granite Bay's volleyball squad nip Whitney by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Granite Bay upgrades its record to 14-4 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Folsom (Folsom, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a bout on Wednesday, April 20. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 16-2.

The Wildcats now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they host Rocklin for a bout on Monday, April 4. Whitney will play a Thunder squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 0-6.
