Cardinal Mooney Cardinals (Youngstown, OH) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the visiting West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH), 11-9 in a league battle.
The Cardinals now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Laurel for a Region 6 battle on Thursday, March 31.
In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH) in a Region 6 battle, on Friday, April 1. West Geauga will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 10-6 non-league loss to Riverside (Painesville, OH).
