North Carolina High School Soccer - South Columbus knocks off East Columbus

South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC), 10-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Stallions face the West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 31. South Columbus will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 4-2 league win over Red Springs (Red Springs, NC).
The Gators now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Columbus for a Waccamaw 1A/2A test on Monday, April 4. East Columbus will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-6.
