Wake Forest Cougars (Wake Forest, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC), 13-4 in a league test.
The Cougars now have a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Wakefield for a Northern Athletic test on Tuesday, April 5. Wake Forest will face a Wolverines squad coming off a 17-1 league win over Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Wolverines record now stands at 7-2.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Heritage Huskies (Wake Forest, NC) in a Northern Athletic test, on Friday, April 1. Millbrook will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Huskies come into the test with a 6-2 record after their 19-5 league win over Rolesville (Rolesville, NC).
