The Arleta Mustangs softball team scored 27 runs and limited the visiting Monroe Vikings to 0 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Arleta moves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Poly (Sun Valley, CA) to play the Parrots in a East Valley game on Friday, April 1. The Parrots come into the game with a record of 5-4. Poly won 27-0 in their recent league game against Monroe (North Hills, CA)

In their next game, the Vikings play the Grant Lancers (Van Nuys, CA) in a East Valley game, on Friday, April 1. Monroe will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Lancers come into the game with a 1-8 record after their 21-0 league loss to Chavez (San Fernando, CA).
