Spectators at Wednesday's league match between the Camden Bulldogs (Camden, SC) and the visiting Manning Monarchs (Manning, SC), witnessed Camden's softball squad prevail over Manning by a count of 12-2.

The Bulldogs now sport a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Lake City for a AAA Region 6 match on Tuesday, April 5. Camden will face a Panthers squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Marlboro County (Bennettsville, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Manning moves to 1-3 on the season. The Monarchs host East Clarendon (Turbeville, SC) to face the Wolverines in a non-league match on Monday, April 4. The Wolverines go into the match with a record of 0-3.
