North Carolina High School Softball - Falls Lake falls to South Granville

March 30, 2022: Creedmoor, NC 27522

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting South Granville Vikings softball team scored a nice 14-2 win over the Falls Lake Firebirds.

Coming up next, the Vikings battle the Vance County Vipers (Henderson, NC) in a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A outing, on Friday, April 1. South Granville will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Vipers enter the outing with a 2-3 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Oxford Prep (Oxford, NC).

The Firebirds (4-4) will now prepare for their outing against Granville Central (Stem, NC). The Panthers enter the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Granville Central was routed by Vance County (Henderson, NC), 19-1, in a league outing.
