North Carolina High School Softball - Lake Norman Charter topped by Pine Lake Prep

March 30, 2022: Mooresville, NC 28115

The Pine Lake Prep Pride softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Lake Norman Charter Knights to 2 in the Pride non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Pine Lake Prep moves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Pride host Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A game on Friday, April 1. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 5-3. Lincoln Charter won 6-0 in their recent league game against Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC)

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Central Cabarrus Vikings (Concord, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A game, on Friday, April 1. Lake Norman Charter will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Vikings come into the game with a 8-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC).
